Dear readers, sometimes we all have to go through that stages in life, in which we canโ€™t find our daily routine. For me, one of that stages started on September 1. Bread & Butter, Lollapalooza, and of course, my move.

Usually, when I talk about my everyday life, I go to the gym at least five times a week. And when Iโ€™m totally focussed and found my rhythm it is hard for me to lose this rhythm again. The only reasons are important appointments or another travel destination. So September was a month to forget, a month with quite no time for gym. This is super hard for me because I need my daily routine, my organization, my regular workouts, and my healthy nutrition. It is a part of me, a part of my lifestyle.

I totally recharged my batteries at home with friends and family. After we missed our trip to L.A., this was something very helpful and definitely necessary. Richy and I started with moderate training sessions and I started to adjust my nutrition slowly again. I feel much better now, much healthier and more motivated. On Sunday Iโ€™ll be back in Berlin. On Monday I start with going to the gym again. I feel ready and hungry for the next weeks. I feel like having a plan again. I need these challenges and periods of discipline in my life.
